Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients & Instructions

3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix dry ingredients separately

3 eggs beaten
1 c oil
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 c pumpkin (or any blended/smashed fruit you like)
3 tsp vanilla extract
Mix wet ingredients separately

Mix dry and wet ingredients together

Add ~1 cup 60% cocoa Ghirardelli Chocolate chips

Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes
