Sweet Pork Barbacoa
5 lb Pork loin/Boston butt 12-18 oz can of green enchilada sauce 2 cups of orange juice 2 cups of brown sugar One onion diced 2 TB oregano 2 TB minced garlic 2 TB salt 2 TB pepper 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 1 stick of cinnamon Combine in crockpot. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. At 6 hours you can stir and shred the meat by just stirring. -Jason Miskin 2020
