Trek Bars

8 C quick oats
1 1/3 C melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 C corn syrup
2/3 C peanut butter
2 C brown sugar
1 C coconut
1 C wheat germ
1 C sunflower seeds
4 tsp cinnamon

Mix all together
Press into 11x17 pan
Bake at 375 for 18-20 min
Cool
Cut into bars

Opt: sprinkle with chocolate chips after removing from oven
