Pumpkin Cookies
1 15 oz of pumpkin
1 box of spice cake
1-1.5 c milk chocolate chips
Mix all together, bake @ 325 for 10 min or until tips are brown
That's right, just 3 ingredients! You do not need even oil or eggs for the spice cake!

Nice, I'm going to make this! (I've made these before, just forgot the recipe). These are SO YUMMY!
ReplyDeleteI did some experimenting--if you take out the cookies before they are slightly browned on the edges to check on them, they won't cook up nice & fluffy.
