Earthquake Cake

1 pkg German chocolate mix
1 1/2 c chopped nuts
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp
1 ts vanilla
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c coconut (optional)

Spray 9x13 inch pan with pam
Spread nuts over this
Mix cake mix per package directions, adding vanilla
Pour cake mixture over nuts
Melt margarine, cream cheese, and milk in microwave
Add sifted powdered sugar and mix well
Pour over cake batter and bake @ 350 for 55 minutes
