Granny Jo's Cheesecake

2 8-oz cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

2/3 C sugar

1/2 t almond flavoring

Grease pie pan.  Bake 350 for 25 min.

Cool 20 min.

Top with:

3 T sugar

1 C sour cream

1 t vanilla

Bake an additional 10 min.
