Chocolate Eclair Cake





1-1.5 box honey graham crackers (they are skinnier than they used to be so not completely sure)
2 pkg French Vanilla Pudding
3 C Milk
1 container cool whip
recipe chocolate sauce:
1 C powdered sugar
1/4 C Milk
1/3 C cocoa
stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
whisk powdered sugar, milk and cocoa until boiling, continue whisking constantly for 1 minute while boiling. Pull off heat add butter and vanilla set aside

Mix pudding and milk, mix. Add cool whip, mix by hand to stay fluffy. Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers, add 1/2 pudding mixture, repeat. Layer top with graham crackers cover with chocolate sauce refrigerate for 24 hours
