Enchiladas (red sauce)

2 large cans of red chile enchilada sauce

8 oz cream cheese

2 cans of refried beans

cheese & sour cream sides

bag of chicken

large soft tortillas

cut chicken into pieces while raw - easier to cut while partly frozen

cook chicken with one of the cans of enchilada sauce

mix beans, chicken & enchilada sauce, and cream cheese together

put tortillas in the pan & dish the mixture into it

over the top, sprinkle cheese & enchilada sauce
