Mexican Chef Salad

Rinse & dry 1 iceburg head


Brown:
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 yellow onion diced and sauted with
1 can of dark red kidney beans

2 chopped tomatoes seeded (beef steak, vine ripe)
let cool


Finely chop lettuce into large mixing bowl
Add & mix together:
3/4 lb of Longhorn or Colby cheese
Original Doritos crushed
Wishbone 1000 island
Lettuce

Browned combo


Variations:
Don't use 1000, use sour cream & salsa mixed
Chopped green onions, olives, cilantro, celery (?)
Chicken instead of beef
