Brown meat with onion, season with garlic salt, pepper (use deep dish)
1 lb 85% lean ground beef
1/2 diced yellow onion
When browned, drain grease

Chop in large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, lemon pepper & salt, mix it
1 of each Red, green, yellow, and orange pepper (regular bell pepper size
1/2 red onion, chopped, chunks
2 zucchini chopped, quartered, kinda big
10ish mushrooms

Do vegetables in batches, about 2 cups

1 jar Preto, traditional, heart healthy, or heart mushroom

Turn sauce on low, let it bubble, leave lid off for dryer. Taste
before add. Oregano
