10-12 medium baking potatoes
3-4 Tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
Cheddar Cheese
1 (16 oz) light sour cream
Medium white sauce (recipe below)
Salt & pepper to taste

Bake potatoes and cool
Peel skins & grate potatoes
Add sour cream, white sauce, and seasoned salt, pepper, and regular salt in a large bowl
Mix well
Put into a 9x12 in baking pan and grate cheddar cheese over top of potato mixture
Bake 30-40 min @ 375

Note: This is better if made up & placed in the refrigerator the night before you bake it
This allows the seasonings time to blend
Also Lawry's seasoned salt seems to have the best flavor for this recipe
