Aunt Sherri's Banana Bread

1 c. cricso

2 c. sugar
4 c flour
4 eggs
7-8 bananas
1 t. baking soda
1 t vanilla
(optional: 1 cup nuts)

mix dry ingredients together
sugar w/ crisco
then all together

bake @ 300 1 hour
--optional--drizzle honey on top after it comes out of oven (or 5 minutes before you take it out)

to make more moist, let cool, bag it, put it in the freezer...
